Airport-hotel transfer

Meeting Point : Tourism Committee of Guadeloupe Islands 

Your meeting point at your arrival in Guadeloupe International Airport is in the “Salon” of Tourism Committee of Guadeloupe Island (CTIG) located in the Arrival Hall on your left hand outside the lugages pick-up room. From this meeting point you will be welcome by NANOinBIO local staff and the conference participants will be bring by bus to the hotel for free.

2 free shuttles have been scheduled on May, 30 at 03:30 pm and 06:30 pm.

2 free shuttles have been scheduled 2 on June, 6 at 02:00 pm and 04:00 pm (the meeting point for departure is at the Hotel Reception).

For participants who will arrive/leave earlier we recommend you to take a taxi from the airport to go to the hotel (the rate is around €25-35).

Please verify the intake form and if you have any modification on your extension stay, please contact directly the hotel by email or on site.

Concerning your stay in Guadeloupe and the special cruise to Petite Terre, please don’t forget a good sunscreen with maximum spf and sun glasses because extreme UV index (between 14 and 17).

We also recommend you to use at night mosquitos repellents (50% deet ) particularly if you plan to go outside the hotel.
