Organization of your stay

The fee for accompanying persons is € 700, no early registration are applied before January 21^st 2016.

The accommodation of participants and any accompanying persons is included in the registration fee (full board in all inclusives for 6 nights). Please contact the conference secretariat before to arrange the accommodation if you want an extension stay).

Registration fees for the accompanying person include participation in inaugural and concluding sessions, conference lunch and dinner, local tours scheduled to take place during session hours and social program.
