WELCOME

The registration fees include the conference and spring workshop registrations, hotel accommodation (full board for 6 nights - from May 31^st to June 6^th), airport-hotel transfers, the Gala dinner and the Special Cruise to Petite Terre islands.

Registrations and payments are made through our Registration Platform in 2 steps. First complete the pre-registration form. After this procedure you will receive your pre-registration confirmation.Then you can validate your registration to the conference and after indicate your preference for the method of payment, your date and time of arrival/departure in Guadeloupe.

For payment by bank transfer, please contact our secretariat by email to give you bank references for the procedure.

Local participants and those who do not want to be accommodated at La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa have to choose the Local fees package. Click here for detailed info about the registration fees packages.
