General terms
The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to “NanoInBio 2016” (“Conference and Spring workshop"). Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the Conference and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The Organizer will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.
Organizers
Responsibles for the organization of the Conference are the LCPME UMR 7564 CNRS-Université de Lorraine, Nancy (France), LRS UMR 7197 CNRS-Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Ivry-sur-Seine (France), GTSI, Université des Antilles, Point-à-Pitre (France), LAAS UPR 8001 CNRS,Toulouse (France), UTC, UMR 6600 CNRS-Université de Compiègne, Compiègne (France), CIIL, INSERM-CNRS, Lille (France) and UMRS 1134 INSERM, Point-à-Pitre (France). Organisation committee located in Point-à-Pitre (France).
Registration
Registration to the Conference must be done through the online registration system. The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. The registration deadline is announced at the Conference Website. Participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration details. If you do not obtain anything, please send an email to nanoinbio2016@sciencesconf.org to make sure that the Organizer has received your booking. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration fee or after authorization of credit card payment. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.
Fees and Payment Conditions
The registration fee is announced at the Conference Website and includes admission to all conference sessions, book of abstracts, detailed program, list of participants, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, lunches, dinner and social dinner as announced at the Conference Website. Travel and other transportation expenses are excluded from registration fees.
We recommend using the online payment (Master Card, Visa, American Express) when registering for the Conference. After the online payment you will receive an automatic e-mail message that the transaction was successful. All payments are made in Euro. Please note that all bank charges shall be at the expense of the person authorize the payment. For more detailed information, please go to AzurColloque.fr page.
Cancellation
Participants shall be entitled to cancel their registration at no cancellation charge until 30 days before the start of the event (after this period, only the 30% cancellation penalties from the hotel reservation will be deducted upon repayment). In this case the registration shall not become due. Participants, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee. The Participant has the right to appoint a substitute at any time without additional cost. All cancellations and changes must be submitted via email – with indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement – to our administrative staff (Conference Secretariat):

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the program, the speakers and the times of presentations. If the number of participants is insufficient, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Conference and all related products and/or services without any liability on his part. In the case of a cancellation by the Organizer participants will be reimbursed the registration fee actually paid.
Liability
The Organizer does not accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content. The Organizer will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
The Participants agree that the Organizer accepts no liability for any losses incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, nor loss of, or damage to, any luggage and/or personal belongings.
Photographs etc.
The Organizer may free of charge and without the further consent of the participants use and release pictures and shots taken of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, excerpts of presentations or lectures) during the Conference for reports of the Conference and announcement of events in future.
Participants and/or accompanying persons are not permitted to make photographs and/or record videos on the premises of the Conference and in the premises of the exhibiting companies and/or during the presentations and talks. Exceptions must be approved by the Conference Committee.
Privacy Policy
All personal data provided to the Organizer for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. Data shall be delivered to assigned service providers, as deemed necessary for the successful performance of the Conference. The Organizer will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose(s) identified above.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Disputes
All agreements between the Organizer and the Participant and all disputes which may arise between the Organizer and the Participants shall be exclusively subject to French laws.
