CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION

Local participants and those who do not want to be accommodated at La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa can register and pay for only attending conference and participate in the social program (local fees).

These rates include only the conference registration and the Gala dinner. This tarification is avalaible on our registration platform and can be paid by CB or bank transfer.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WITH ACCOMMODATION (all meal included)

Registration fees are to be made preferably directly online by credit card or bank transfer. No payment is allowed on site (registration or full package). Accompanying person and invited keynotes are exempt from tuition fees but online registration is still required.These fees include the conference registration, hotel accommodation (full board in all inclusives for 6 nights - from May 31^st to June 6^th), airport-hotel transfers, the Gala dinner and the Special Cruise to Petite Terre islands.

STAY EXTENSION IN GUADELOUPE

Participants will be accommodated 6 nights full board at La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa in which the conference will take place. Additional nights will be borne by the participants (below special rates for additionnal nights VAT included).

TRANSPORTATION

Please contact the conference secretariat and give you dates and time of arrival and departure to and from international airport Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes. So you will be informed rapidly by email for the timebale of our shuttles between the hotel and airport. For detailed information go to the menu "How to get there". 

All prices indicated here are VAT excluded.

VAT is not applied on French and European public institutions.

Rate of 20% VAT will be charged only on CB.
